SouthPointe,
envisioned by Horizon Communities, is the largest master planned
community in Pueblo combining history and community to form a
unique place to call home.
Situated on over 1,800 acres, SouthPointe sits along the southern
edge of Pueblo with easy access to I-25 and Pueblo Boulevard.
SoughPointe will add more than 2.2 square miles to the sough side
of Pueblo and will become home to new parks, neighborhoods, shopping,
business campuses and office buildings.
The city of Pueblo in its earliest days was home to explorers,
fur trappers, mountain men and ranchers. Today, it’s still
a primary junction of commerce and transportation and the commercial
center of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico.
Master planned use at SouthPointe falls into three categories:
commercial and employment to the east, business development to
the center and to the south, a mix of residential housing, schools
and neighborhood parks to the west that will form distinctive
villages and neighborhoods.
